*The prices above include a choice of 8 designs. Other designs, cakes and fillings are avalible for an additional charge.

A 25% deposit is required at the time an order is placed. The balance is due three-weeks prior to the event when paying by check, one-week prior when paying by cash or credit card. Orders placed less than one week in advance may face a 10% service charge.

**All cakes are split to make four layers of cake and three layers of filling. Each tier can be a different type of cake and filling for no additional charge, although each cake must only have one type of filling. Whipped cream cakes will be frozen prior to delivery to enable them to sit out during your reception.

*The "CHAMPAGNE CAKE" is a yellow sponge cake, filled with our unique champagne custard and iced whipped cream.

* Our STRAWBERRY filling of a thin layer of plain custard, chunks of strawberry (not fresh) in a jel, covered with whipped cream on your choice of cake and iced whipped cream.

*BLACK FOREST cake consists of dark chocolate cake filled with rum, cherrys and whipped cream. It is iced in whiped cream.

*The GERMAN CHOCOLATE cake has three layers of milk chocolate cake two layers of a rich filling made up of coconut and peacons. This cake is iced in either whipped cream or butter cream.

*Our CARROT CAKE has a filling with cream cheese, pecans, raisins and coconut. You have your choice of a rich cream cheese icing or a whipped cream icing.

*Delivery is avalible for the tiers or larger cakes for a nominal charge. Delivery time is made according tot he arrival of your guests and your serving time. Sunday delivery is extra. We must be notified if the wedding cake will be displayed outdoors. We do not reccomend using dark colors for roses or designs on outdoor cakes.

* We require that any changes of size, flavor, color, or delivery time be made at least one week in advance.
